The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel's location in the suburb of Xian was perfect for us, as it was just minutes away from the New Exhibition center. This made it very convenient for us to visit our customer's site without having to worry about long travel times. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, which enhanced our comfort and convenience during our stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was very close to a lively area with many restaurants and shops. the hotel was also near a park with a small lake where we could take a relaxing walk. the room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and good service from the staff. the breakfast had a nice variety of food, and the view from our room was beautiful. We appreciated the high-speed internet access as well.
We did encounter some miscommunication from the check-in staff regarding our room package.

During my new year at this hotel, I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the great variety offered for breakfast. The hotel was also in a developing area with a great view from the room and located near a convention center.
The hotel was quite far from the city, making it inconvenient to get taxis or access transportation. The surrounding area was undergoing construction and there were not many shops or restaurants nearby.
